Fill in players
Any fill in players must be advised to the HKBA office the day prior to your game. Team Managers are to send details of eligible players to: info@hkbaspiders.com.au. Eligible fill in players are required to be from a lower grade or lower age group.
Forfeits
In the unfortunate situation that you believe that your team will need to forfeit a game, please contact your Age Managers first. Our first choice is to help you find eligible fill in players.
Forfeits must be advised to the HKBA at least 24 hours prior to the game so any discussion regarding fill in players must be in advance of this.
In the event that it becomes neccessary to advise the HKBA of a forfeit, it is the Team Managers responsibility to fill inthe HKBA form here: https://hornsbyspiders.com.au/submit-a-forfeit/
